Randy Beaman
Randall Beaman graduated from the University of Texas in 1982 with a B.B.A. in Finance. He is a life long Austinite and currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Commercial Sales for Assets In Motion. During his career in Austin, Randall has sold over 2.5 million square feet of office and retail space in the greater Austin area.
Previously, he was Director of Leasing and Sales for The DuPont Group for 22 years. Randall was responsible for the leasing and sales of all the DuPont owned buildings as well as third-party leasing and sales. He was responsible for more than 1.3 million square feet of office space in Austin, Texas at one time.
Prior to working with The DuPont Group he owned his own commercial real estate company specializing in acquiring commercial real estate through limited partnerships. In addition to his previous real estate experience he worked in the investment departments of Texas Commerce Bank and Banc One selling municipal bonds and other investments as a Licensed Series 7 broker to clients.
Randall is a member of The Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, Austin Commercial Real Estate Society and holds a Texas Brokers license.
