Two years later, Charles was the Senior Project Manager responsible for real estate research, urban development and socio-economic forecasting for the Rice Center in Houston. Here, Charles was in charge of construction management, office administration, policy development and community outreach. He was also responsible for the construction of the Jesse H. Jones Fountain on Fannin Street.

In 1984, Charles moved to Austin, Texas to become Project Manager for R. Robinson & Associates. Today, Charles is President of Capitol Market Research in Austin, Texas. CMR provides real estate research, market feasibility analysis, small area forecasting and economic impact assessments. Not only is Charles President, but he also finds time to be the COO, project manager and principal client liaison.
