Terry Guerin

Terry Guerin brings to Assets In Motion more than 28 years of experience in the field of real estate. Whether working on his own to insure properties; buying and selling real estate or managing entire portfolios, Terry is in his element when he's talking property.

Terry started as the owner of Property and Casualty Insurance Agency/Best Insurance Agency in 1980. He sold it six years later and began consulting for the nest two years.

Soon after, Terry left the insurance part and began selling real estate for Situs Incorporated. He did this for five years and then became the Land Acquisition Manager for McGuyer Homebuilders Incorporated, a homebuilding operation with offices in Houston, Dallas/Ft.Worth, Austin and San Antonio and four distinct name brands: Pioneer Homes, Plantation Homes, Coventry Homes and Carmel Builders. Terry's major responsibilities were buying and selling land and lots in all the four major cities.
