To see Brent's CV is to see someone who’s quite proficient in the practice of real estate law. Yet, as the old cliché reads: but wait, there’s more.
Brent is certainly an expert in real estate law. Just look at his areas of legal practice—Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Transactions, Commercial Real Estate Financing and Leasing Transactions—but then there’s the more: Wind Energy Project Development Transactions, Formation of Business Entities and Merger and Acquisitions Transactions.
Of course, in his spare time, there are papers and presentations to the University of Texas School of Law about such things as Land: Survey and Title Issues or Wind Development: Key Survey and Title Issues. Or Tax Issues on Using the Recreational Ranch as a Business or Federal and State Tax Considerations in Forming and Restructuring Entities.
Needless to say, Brent’s just what we needed at Assets in Motion.
Brent graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Finance with honors in 1987; a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989 and is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law—Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
