Joseph DiQuinzio, Jr.

Joseph A. DiQuinzio, Jr. graduated from Rice University with a BA in Political Science and was also named to the President’s Honor Roll. He also attended the LBJ School of Public Affairs for two years after that.

From there, he went to Austin. Where he was an Administrative Assistant for the City of Austin’s Water and Wastewater Department, Office of the Director. His responsibilities included: providing policy and administrative assistance to the Director; serving as liaison to the Water and Wastewater Commission, a City Council appointed Commission with review authority over all aspects of the Water and Wastewater Utility including allocation of service and the creation of Municipal Utility Districts.

Leaving the city for private industry, Joseph joined Milburn Investments, Inc. where the original charge was to create a land development department capable of supplying 1000-1500 homes per year. This grew significantly until Joseph was soon in charge of some $150,000,000 worth of property, where his responsibilities expanded to strategic corporate planning, land acquisition, financing, litigation management, Municipal Utility District (MUD) creation, and many other tasks to which he was well-appointed.

Then Joseph formed the Joseph A. DiQuinizio Companies (JaDCo Development, Inc. and JaDCo Management, Inc. This is where Joseph has taken all those previous years of experience and rolled them into developing MUDs, land, providing due diligence studies and feasibility analyses for investors and corporate acquisitions and most recently developed an 1800-acre, 2000-unit Master Planned Community in Lakeway Rough Hollow and the Highlands.

Today, thankfully, he does all of that for us.
