Our sole focus is evaluating the institution's portfolio of other real estate owned (REO) with particular emphasis on real estate projects under development and undeveloped land. Having worked closely with major investors, capital sources and financial institutions, our principals and staff have extensive backgrounds in master land planning and real estate development.
